Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

Sharezip at sharezip.easyuse4you.cloud is operated by the site operator, an individual with tax residency in China. By using Sharezip, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Sharezip accepts supported public iCloud shared-album links, lists still photos returned through Apple's unofficial public shared-album endpoints, and creates a ZIP of the largest available originals. Sharezip does not ask for an Apple ID, Apple password, or private-library access. If Apple does not return an album, the interface may display a bundled sample fixture.

Sharezip is independent from Apple and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Apple. Apple may change or discontinue the public endpoints on which the service depends.

3. Your responsibility for links and content

You may use Sharezip only with public album shares that you own or are authorized to access and download. You are responsible for the URLs you submit, your right to download and use the photos, and compliance with copyright, privacy, publicity, and other applicable laws.

You must not use Sharezip to infringe rights, evade access controls, submit private credentials, disrupt the service, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, or use the service unlawfully. You must also comply with the prohibition on NSFW and sexually explicit content in Section 4. Public links can be forwarded; protect them appropriately.

4. Prohibited NSFW and sexually explicit content

You must not use Sharezip with NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content. This prohibition includes providing public iCloud shared-album links that contain such content and using Sharezip to download such photos. A violation of this prohibition may result in suspension or termination of your Sharezip account.

5. Accounts

Google sign-in is optional for the guest trial but is required, together with an eligible subscription, for complete albums. You must provide a verified email through Google and keep control of your account. Do not allow unauthorized use. Sharezip never asks for your Apple credentials.

6. Guest trial and subscriptions

Guests may list and download up to three photos without signing in. Access to complete albums requires a signed-in account whose subscription status is active or trialing. Features, eligibility, and access limits may change prospectively, and material changes will be reflected in the service or these Terms.

When billing is configured, Sharezip creates the checkout and you complete payment on Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record and handles payment processing and related tax. Sharezip does not store card numbers. The checkout will present the applicable price and billing terms before purchase; these Terms do not state or promise a fixed price. PayPal is not currently offered by the interface and is marked “coming soon.”

Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and tax handling are subject to the terms shown at checkout and Creem's applicable policies, in addition to mandatory consumer rights. Subscription access may end when the associated status is no longer active or trialing.

7. License and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sharezip for its intended purpose. Sharezip and its software, design, and branding remain the property of the operator or applicable licensors. No rights to album photos transfer through Sharezip; rights in those photos remain with their respective owners.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Sharezip. Album retrieval depends on public links, Apple services, network availability, and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee that a particular album, photo, format conversion, or ZIP will be available. On the Cloudflare Pages deployment, ZIP downloads preserve original photo bytes; format conversion may be unavailable.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharezip is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or data preservation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business arising from Sharezip. For any claim relating to the service, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Sharezip during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the site operator against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Sharezip, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using Sharezip at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service protection, nonpayment, or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in China, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

14. General and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms; the date above identifies the latest version. For questions, contact [email protected].
